Got hit on the face playing ball, did I damage my nose tip? (Photos)

I didn’t bleed and I didn’t feel pain, but I got a pretty big scratch on exterior of nose near the tip(Probably caused by my glasses which broke) . I had my rhinoplasty 10 months ago and I’m just wondering if I messed up the tip cartilages or the support that was added to fix my droopy tip during rhinoplasty. I noticed that the tip is now dropping a bit more after the trauma. 1st photo is before injury, the rest are after.

Hi Nichole,Thank you for your question. Nose job results should be natural, I agree with you. Mostly, surgery is not too difficult. Sometimes, operation time becomes too long to fix a complex nose. In terms of your condition, it would not effect your post operative comfort significantly. Best....

Hi @DerekR! I recommend that my rhinoplasty patients are off of Accutane for 6 months prior to surgery to prevent delayed would healing. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Hi @Genuine3445. A rhinoplasty and septoplasty are commonly performed at the same time. I would recommend the lip lift after the rhinoplasty. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
