Do I need steroid injection, which part of nose & what doses? (Photos)

Hi Joahnnes,In thick skinned patients long lasting and challenging eudema is most likely to occur. If poly beak deformity is foreseen in the recovery period, steroid injection is a very effective solution to prevent this complication. Genereally beginning from the second month of the surgery 2 doses of steroid injections, (1 inj/month) are sufficient in the management. For your case it would be a good idea to discuss it with your doctor. You get well soon.
