Six years post rhinoplasty - Is this inverted v deformity? (Photo)

I had my primary rhinoplasty 6 years ago & had to have filler from the surgeon afterwards to camouflage a depression above my tip which I didn’t think looked right. I feel it has gotten worse & looks to me like inverted v deformity?
