Hello, I had under eye fillers and cheek fillers done almost one month ago now. Redensity and stylage was used. I was told I’m having the Tyndall effect from the under eye filler. Will the bluish discolouration go away as the filler dissolves I’m really unsure if I should have it dissolved as I’ve been told the dissolver can spread and dissolve the cheeks as well

Gentle massage can often smooth out and disperse excess or poorly placed HA filler, particularly if performed promptly after noticing the effect or during the initial treatment. The effectiveness of massage diminishes with time, and after a few days, it's unlikely to resolve the issue. Alternatively, a simple method involves using an 18G needle to remove the filler, or aspiration with a needle and syringe might work in certain cases. In more severe situations, a formal incision and drainage procedure could be necessary.
