Are there any predictors of a bad outcome or permanent skin damage from hyaluronidase?

I’ve read a few stories about Hyaluronidase potential to damage healthy skin, even permanently, and in general to give a bad outcome. Since I’ll be receiving this procedure myself, I’m guessing: in your experience, are there any “red flags” or predictors of a bad outcome or even risk of permanent damage? For example: older age of the patient, thin skin, gaunt face.. Or something else you’ve observed in you practice. Thank you.
