29 & somewhat hollowed midface - are fillers a sensible fix? (Photos)

I'm 29, got some hollowing along the nasolabial region. It doesn't look to me like the area is sagging really, more like just a lack of volume in the area that makes it look like my mouth is protruding slightly. Filler seems like a solution, but I'm a little concerned about looking overfilled if I get it done in an area that doesn't need it. What are my options for correcting this?

You are absolutely correct about possible fear of looking overfilled. Do not treat nasolabial folds as you don't have any!To balance your lower face I suggest filler to the chin/mouth area for support. No more than 2 syringes and the keep focusing on skin tightening procedures and avoid fillers in the lower face.

Adding a little cheek filler can help. The key to getting filled just enough, but not overfilled depends on injector skill. I’d get a few consults snd ask to see the injector’s personsl befor snd afters. I’d also ask them what their filler goals are in terms of their aesthetic and choose an injector who values a more natural filler aesthetic, focused on facial harmonizing.
