Can Endolift be used as treatment after a surgical facelift?

First, this sight did not have Endolift in the drop down when it asked about the procedure I was inquiring about. So I chose another Laser Treatment I had a lower facelift 9 1/2 months ago. I still have some dropping under the right side of chin n jawline. It’s been like this from the start. My surgeon says he can correct it for an additional cost of $7600 and remove my salivary glands. Not interested. Can Endolift be used to treat this area after a surgical facelift. Are there drawbacks?
