What can I do to correct my asymmetrical lips? (Photo)

I want to permanently fix my slanted lips. The left is droopier than the right. My left muscle feels weaker than my right. CT scan has shown that my facial bone is right tilting. I have tried botox in my depressors but it doesn’t solve the issue. Is there anything i can do to permanently solve this?
