Keloid scar on my shoulder. Would it be okay get a CO2 laser done on my face for acne scars? Would you recommend a patch test?

I have a keloid scar on my shoulder from having a neurofibroma removed for testing. I would like to get CO2 laser for my acne scarring and was wondering if this is an issue? I have recently had 2 radiofrequency microneedling- Morpheus8, and previously had plenty of normal microneedling sessions which I have recovered fine from. Is Co2 risky for me, as an Indian girl with a keloid scar. Would a patch test be worth it? Thanks for the feedback and any potential recommendations of other lasers etc.
