Is it a problem with a cemented implant crown to have the shape changed by sanding it down? (Phtoo)

I had a dental implant permanently cemented about a month ago, but now I realize that when I take pictures I notice my implant crown is too long and I would like the outer corner shaved down. I added a picture. I know the color is off as well, but we had that redone 3 times and this was the closest match. It doesn't bother me. The shape does though.

Dear Liz:
You MUST go back to your dentist t adjust this.  You are bothered by it, and yet, this has to be in your mouth for many years to come.
Any changes can be done, and if the crown has to be remade then so be it.  Do not wait. Go back to your dentist asap.

Hi I advise it should be removable and polished in the lab and then have it recememted once it’s returned after being reglazed.
