It is critically important to not only replace your front teeth but to prevent the process from continuing.  Floride trays for  home use is possible.  If you have dry mouth from medications, address.  If corticosteroids are creating  issues they can be corrected with diet.  Mouth breathing can also be worked on.  It is key to correct the issues causing decay.

I am sorry you are going through this. One of the symptoms of Lupus is dry mouth, which means not enough saliva to protect the teeth from cavities. It is extremely important to start a preventive protocol. Biotin dry mouth rinse, xylitol gum or mints, as well as prescription dry mouth medication/rinse/toothpaste. Your hygiene has to be perfect (electric tooth brush, floss, Waterpik). The good news is everything is possible with modern dentistry. Depending on how badly front teeth are damaged, they can be fixed with fillings, veneers, or crowns. Again, prevention is key, and fixing teeth once does not guarantee a permanent solution. Make sure you find a dentist that focuses on overall health and prevention, as well as cosmetics.
