Unfortunately, the laser won't work on your light facial hair because there is very little melanin for the laser to target. Also, shaving your hair isn't going to make it grow back darker, so laser hair removal isn't going to be very effective, even if you do shave this area. I would say your best bet is waxing or electrolysis. Just make sure you go to a professional if you're interested in electrolysis. Hope this helps you!
Laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment in the hair. If the hair is white, blonde or silver it will not work. Your only option for permanent removal is electrolysis.
