In addition to removing hairs, does lasering reduce the roughness and darkness of strawberry legs? (Photos)

I have strawberry legs (large, rough dark hair follicles). I do not shave so they are not a result of poor shaving habits. I know laser removal will remove the hairs, but will it smooth and lighten the follicle? My legs are rough to the touch and many people believe I have goosebumps when they see my legs. The raised bumps are dark and some of them resemble blackheads. The bumps get rougher and darker the further up my thighs you go.

Thank you for your question.  I don't know what type of machine you are being treated with or what skin type you have or the color of your hair.  Machines are not all alike.  I would expect that you would see at least some thinning of the hair after 4 treatments with a Laser that...
