Why didn't my laser hair removal work?

It is important that the proper laser was used during your hair reduction treatments, also the intensity of power (settings) should increase with each treatment. It's quite disappointing to hear that laser hair reduction did nothing for you.
A few things need to be taken in consideration.  What type of laser was used on your?  Experience of your provider?  
Even though, everyone responds differently to the procedure, you should have been noticing significant improvement by your third session.
Please understand, no laser can achieve a 100% hair reduction.  The average is 75-85%.  Also, the younger you are the longer it takes, simply because of hormones.  Areas like underarms, bikini and legs respond better in comparison to the face.
