Need Scar Revision for Upper Bleph Botched Incisions - what are my surgical options? (photos)

I need help, willing to travel. Bad placement of upper blebh insicions, they are obvious and go against my natural shape. Indented scars, impossible to hide. Can they be lowered by surgical revisision? I hate my scars. I do not want lasers of any kin near me, only surgical options please.

I would recommend seeing an Oculoplastic surgeon for a tarsorrhaphy procedure. It has very few risks - rare complications include minor eyelid swelling and possible infection. Pain typically subsides with Tylenol.

A variety of implant materials can be used to build back the tail of the brow bone through the upper eyelid incisions. Hydroxyapatite bone cements, ePTFE sheeting, standard and custom orbital rim implants are all options that can work.
