Would I benefit from scar revision? 6 months post breast augmentation (photos)

I had a BA in March 2023 and mid way through recovery (5weeks postop) my right breast started spitting stitches with 3 small holes. With proper cleaning and care it eventually healed and closed. Unfortunately, now I'm left with this ugly scar. I've tried using silicone scar tape as I do for my other incision but have hardly noticed any changes.

If your pictures are showing one side versus the other then I can see one scar is significantly less cosmetically pleasing than the other. It looks like you developed a hypertrophic scar due to the issue with the sutures. If the scar bothers you a simple scar revision where a plastic surgeon would excise the scar and re-close it could make a big difference. That being said, it can take over a year for some scars to fully mature so you may want to give it some more time.
