I had this a month ago, the other scars looks pretty normal but the vertical one above my belly button is indented and a bit wrinkly and feels a lot more bulky underneath. Is there anything I can do and how long should I wait

This would be a good time to consult a scar treatment specialist. By week four, imminent scars are healed and strong enough to withstand scar treatments and still retain a good chance for very significant improvement. After twelve weeks, such scars are considered "mature" and the best that can generally be achieved would be a 60--80% overall improvement in appearance. Since the scar is indented, consider subcision to elevate and smooth it. Once done, professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) can be used to better blend the scar in both texture and color with the surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and be wary when if being hawked fraxel laser or RF gizmos, as the use of these expensive here-today-gone-tomorrow devices are far more backed  intense marketing hype and social media buzz than any hard science.
