Scabs in nostril after rhinoplasty - When Will They Fall Off?

I've had closed rhinoplasty 3 weeks ago and there are scabs in my nostril. How long does it take for these scabs to fall off? Also, I've had these weird itching and pulling sensations at the site of my incision. Is that normal?

Contact your surgeon there are certainly issues but you are early on in the healing process which can take up to a year.  From the photos it looks as though there is a collapse on the right side, just make sure your surgeon is aware of these concerns revision should not be performed till...

Sorry to hear you are not seeing the results you had expected.  I do notice a bit of improvement from your pre-op photos but I understand you are expecting more.  Give it a few more months you should see continued improvement as swelling diminishes.

I agree that it does take several months for swelling to improve after nasal surgery. The bump may be from an unaffected nasal bone pyramid which is more apparent now after some healing has taken place from septoplasty. I would speak with your surgeon about your concerns.
