Had Rhinoplasty three weeks ago nose is straight but right front nostril rim has retraction and tip looks a little depressed on same side like skin is stuck to it. I know there is swelling but it looks so bad because one side is so different from the other side and it is on a teenage girl who has to go back to school. How soon can a alar rim graft be done after a rhinoplasty? Tip work and bridge work was done skin is thin. Can she have a temporary filler to get her through until it can be fixed?
