I have a lot of sebaceous bumps and wondering if excel v can get rid of them, thank you
Answer: Sebaceous Hyperplasia treatments with Excel V Sebaceous Hyperplasia commonly seen on the face can be treated with high fluence (high energy) parameters with the Excel V laser. Electrocautery also is very useful in treating this genetic condition. I see a higher recurrence rate with Excel V laser as compared with electrocautery. I hope this response is helpful. Answer: Can Excel V treat sebaceous hyperplasia? The Excel V is unable to treat sebaceous hyperplasia. This needs to be treated with electrodessication, ablative lasers, liquid nitrogen, or excision. They usually come back and scarring can occur with these therapies.

Answer: ExcelV The ExcelV is a wonderful vascular laser and is great at treating many things. It will not help to treat the enlarged sebaceous glands you have. I use simple electrocautery to treat these with great results. Best.

Answer: Best option for treating sebaceous bumps Excel V is not a laser I use for sebaceous bumps. I typically use an erbium or Co2 laser or light cautery to specifically remove those bumps prior to doing a facial rejuvenation with the Excel V. Make sure you are going to board certified dermatologist for your skin rejuvenation procedures, especially on the face.
