What laser can remove this hyperpigmentation/hemosiderin staining? (photo)

Hello I had liposhifting done to my legs in May of 2023, over 1.5 years ago. Still my legs have discoloration making them look really bad. I have tried 3/4 sessions with a q switch laser, 2 IPL sessions, 1 vbeam session, 1 picoway session. What can I do to get rid of this pigment off my legs. Thank you
