I had my first Juvederm lip fillers 10 months ago, shape and volume is still same but I notice my lips become little bit swollen and reddish in the evenings. Is it normal? and is it safe to add more filler ? Thank you

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. Yes, the bluish purple discoloration could be filler too superficially injected (Tynall Effect). See an experienced injector for evaluation and possible treatment. If it’s filler, it can be dissolved with Vitrase.
