If the broken capillaries did not occur until after your fillers then it is a possibility that the filler contributed to them. You could try to dissolve the filler which may improve the appearance, although you said you tried to dissolve some and it didn't do anything. You may want to consult with a dermatologist on how to proceed.

Unfortunately, the answer is its possible. Perioral dermatitis can present like this. If it did not exist before the lip filler and than started after, it is possible to attribute it to the lip filler. At the 6 mo point there is little lip filler left to dissolve if it was an HA filler. Sometimes a vascular laser can help resolve the redness depending on the underlying cause.
