There is the original Fraxel which is called the SR1500 and is a 1550 wavelength. The Fraxel re:store is a modification of the SR1500. Then there is the Fraxel re:pair, which is a CO2 laser. The Fraxel Dual came next, and it is the original wavelength 1550 and the 1927 (Thulium) wavelength. The Clear and Brilliant laser is their most recent laser and it is a 1440 and 1927 wavelength. The 1927 is used for pigmentation issues and precancerous lesions. The 1550 and 1440 are used for wrinkles, scars mainly. The re:pair is used for more aggressive treatment of wrinkles, scars, pigmentation.
