Co2 laser resurfacing for turkey cobbler neck.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

​A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. In order to get the best tightening, you really will need more than one session (closer to 3-4 sessions) of CO2 laser to the neck. If you post your before and after pictures, I could tell you whether its doing well or the treatment is working, however, you also need to wait about 6 -8  weeks to see the final results. Other options for noninvasive neck rejuvenation include Ultherapy combined with CO2 laser and the best option would be a neck lift.

outstanding treatment that can address multiple aspects of aging in a single
treatment. It takes time to see results from this treatment and patience is important. Initial results are seen at 4 weeks. Full results are seen at 3-6 months. Continued improvement is seen from 6-12 months. Please consult with a doctor for specific

Hi ThereThank you for your question.This is always a difficult one without pictures as one cannot be certain what you mean by a turkey cobbler neck. Crucially the thickness and wrinkliness of the skin is an important factor in deciding the way forward. The swelling post treatment is always there and will settle in a week or 2 depending on what settings you were treated on.If you do not get the intended result there are other methods such as Fractora that can be very helpful but cause less inflammation.Kind RegardsDr Dinesh Maini
