I want to know about the laser CO2. Will it cause cancer, holes or scars?

I am 18 years old i had acnes now my face is cleared but small moles are left , i want my skin clear with all the spots and scars ,yesterday i went to the dermatologist and had a co2 laser but m afraid of the scars or holes that it leave after laser or cause cancer as many people said that co2 laser can causeall these things , so i want to know that is it ok that i did co2 laser ? Will it cause all these things?

There is no correlation between Co2 treatments and cancer, the laser TREATS skin cancers. I recommend following up with your Doctor about your concerns and appropriate after care. Photodynamic therapy will help healing. am sorry to hear about your situation. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing is an
outstanding treatment that can address multiple aspects of aging in a single
treatment. Fractional CO2 laser is not known to cause cancer. It can address irregular texture and scars. It is difficult to make an assessment without photographs. However recovery can take several weeks. Please consult with a doctor for specific
