Will taking choline supplements make my Botox wear off faster?

Question

I hate my frozen forehead. Will taking choline supplements or eating a lot of foods high in choline speed up the softening of my forehead? I look horrible and fake. My brow is lower and my lateral eyebrows are too high. I had more Botox but above my lateral brow but it still looks absolutely awful.

I'm so sorry to hear about your issues with Botox. This is one of the most common complaints. The problem is usually due to the injector not appreciating the fact that you raise your brows unconsciously most of the time. It can also be due to over aggressive treatment. This then leaves you with brows that appear lower and won't lift.Unfortunately, I know of nothing that can make Botox wear off quicker. I have never seen a study showing that choline will make Botox wear off quicker. Fortunately, problems like this don't typically last the full 3 months of the Botox. Thanks for your question.  Botox is a temporary neuroparalytic that is used to eliminate wrinkles in the periorbital and forehead area.  Its also works well for softening the 11s (corrugated muscle).  Fillers are used to add volume to the face and also deal with dipper folds and lines such as the smile lines and marionette lines.  In addition filler can be used for filling the tear trough deformity and adding volume to the cheeks and lips. One of the positive/negative features of Botox is that it is temporary. Unfavorable results will go away and a great outcome needs to be refreshed. However, Botox can not be reversed more quickly with any medications or supplements. At 3 months the effects start to diminish and muscle function returns gradually over weeks. If you had an unfavorable outcomes, the most important thing to do is return to your original injector. They can make adjustments to the amount and location of the injection to produce a better result next time. This is much better than bouncing around from injector to injector.
