Does Dermabrasion decrease frown lines? (photos)

Frown lines ("eleven lines") are caused by the repetitive movement of the underlying muscles (the dynamic component), which, after time, leads to the development of deep etched-in creases (static lines, i.e. lines that remain when the underlying muscles are at rest). In order to treat these, fillers can be used to elevate and smooth the lines. So, filler would be the next step. Fractional lasers such as Fraxel, erbium, and CO2 laser can be combined with radio frequency and also fractional RF to improve textual issues and microtopography. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture.
