I noticed soon after explant that my right breast seemed to have some harder tissue inside. 10 months later I feel a lump the size of a small plum. It's hard and seems to be under my breast tissue on top of the muscle. Right breast has a silicone implant above the muscle. Is this a hematoma? Thanks.
