This does not look like a rash related to the breast surgery itself, but could be due to contact dermatitis to the disinfectant used for surgery, or new detergents, or the material in the surgical bra, or stress after recovery. If it persists, ask your surgeon for an opinion and (s)he may also consider referring you to a dermatologist if it is concerning. Most minor rashes subside once the offending agent is removed.
The outbreaks only on your left breast one week after surgery could be the result of a contact dermatitis from anything that was on your skin. There are other possibilities but, regardless, these should resolve fairly quickly. Its hard to tell what that is but your breast doesn't look infected. It could be a reaction from tape, dressings, ointment or soap around the operation. I would keep regular follow up with your surgeon.
It is not related to the breast augmentation itself. It is probably contact dermatitis from detergent, new bra, or cleanser of some sort. It could also be due to a drug given to you.
Most likely the rash that she described as secondary to soaps used during your surgery and possibly obstruction of normal sweat glands by the swelling after your surgery. It is best to follow up with your plastic surgeon for an examination and not rely solely on the Internet advice.
