White bumps on nipples - how can I get rid of them? (Photo)

My areolas have alot of white bumps on my areolas, sometimes even ones that look like blackheads. They are covered in them. I have pcos idk if thats somethjnf that could be causing it but if theres anyway to lessen them or get rid of them.

Without in person evaluation it would be impossible to say what is exactly happening with your nipple. Asymmetry of this kind can be easily corrected with simple surgery in local anesthesia. It is in your best interest to have in person co dilation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Your nipples are very low on your chest wall. You would benefit from a procedure where the nipple and the inferior attachment are elevated higher on the chest wall. This will require a curvilinear inferior incision. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
