I have deep smile lines and dislike my side profile. Do I need a surgical cheek lift, fillers, or something else? (photos)

Hi, I am 25 dealing with deep smile lines. I lost some weight which is why I think they are deep. I really dislike my side angle and that’s what I’m looking to fix just not sure if I need cheek lift surgery or something different. I’m ok with my look from the front it is just my side profile specifically on my right side.
