Please help - Sculptra growth and inflammation is out-of-control (Photos)

I had two rounds of sculptra, one in October of 2021 and another in January of 2022 and the inflammation and growth is out of control, I’m currently on 20mg prednisone and 100 mg doxycycline and nothing is helping. What do I do? I can hardly move my face and no one seems to be able to help me
