How to reduce upper lid crease? (Photo)

Question

I've circled the areas in red that I wish just weren't there. I wish my creases didn't continue so far downward. It makes me look sad. I assume filler isn't an option - is there a LASER?? ? Would tightening the area just above fix it? Lifting the end of my eyebrow tail lessens it, but not a fan of botox as it causes weird other muscles to emerge on me...crows feet botox causes a weird crease between my eyebrows when I smile (?)

Fractional CO2 laser is an excellent tool for skin rejuvenation in our center in Santa Monica. We use the fractional multi-depth ablative approach to help resurface the skin, recontour acne scars, improve incisional plastic surgery scars, and reduce surface irregularities from skin tone to dark pigmentation. Our approach utilizes a multi-depth approach that targets melanocytes in the epidermis and collagen fibroblasts in the dermis. This approach can be combined with a TCA Peel in a process known as a sapphire peel. Fractional laser is excellent for acne scars and contour scars in the skin. Patients are advised to undergo skin protocols with Melarase creams before and after treatment to help reduce pigmentation. Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. After the laser, we expect redness for a few weeks as the skin improves. PRP and Hydrafacial enzyme facials can further improve skin quality after fractional co2.

The creases that you noted in your photo appear mild.  Botox would give the most predictable result with a conservative brow lift.  You can consider other options such as Morpheus8 to tighten surrounding skin and give a more refreshed appearance.

Your photos are very helpful. Botox could have easily lifted the skin but it doesn't sound you had a good experience with it likely due to the provider inexperience.Please be careful with your eyes, not every laser is safe to do around the area.You best non surgical options are to safely treat the eye area are:Ultherapy brow liftTempsure Envi Or a combination of both.
