19 year old male, are the effects of Accutane on hormones permanent?

acnejeans
I have read some studies that said that isotretinoin lowers total testosterone, some pituitary hormones, and other hormones while increasing free testosterone. I have not been able to find any study that addresses if these changes are temporary or permanent. My question is: Are these hormonal changes permanent or do hormones return to normal once isotretinoin is no longer being used? And if so, how long do hormones take to return to normal? I am a 19 year old male by the way.
