Can I still go on Accutane if I have high cholesterol (23f)?

I am 23 female. I took my first blood test I’m worried bc i checked my lab results and my total cholesterol came back 6.26 mmol/L LDL at 4.15 mmol/L, Triglycerides at 0.88 mmol/L, HDL at 1.71 mmol/L… pls put my mind at ease that I will still be okay to go on it I am so desperate and I know that the reason of this high cholesterol is bc I have been very anxious and not eating or drinking enough bc of my skin affecting me mentally I don’t even go outside anymore
