I've consulted a maxillofacial surgeon about jaw surgery he said that LJS is the suitable surgery along with genioplasty. I have a 3 mm overjet and Ortho will do braces for me with IPR for my front lower teeth so it increases the overjet for about 2-3 mm more.The surgeon talked about how the UJS could change my nose look flaring/widening but I want to fix my gummy smile too, should I get a DJS or LJS for my case? Or get a LJS +genioplasty +lip repositioning surgery is it better?
