Is this hyperpigmentation on the corners of my mouth? (photos)

I noticed this line on the corners of my mouth and i’m not sure if it is discoloration although I think it is cause when I stretch it the shadow is still there.. what can i do to get rid of it

Thank you for your question.I would not recommend using Solarcaine, it will more than likely irritate the skin. My recommendation would be Aquaphor only and cold compresses.
