Would Agnes RF or secret RF interfere with future blepharoplasty?

I have an important event in 2 months and need a quick fix for my under eye wrinkles. But I plan to do lower blepharoplasty in the near future. would Agnes RF or secret RF make future eyelid surgery more difficult? Any other suggestions for a quick fix of eye wrinkles?
