Can Agnes RF be used directly on jawline and jowls?

Question

I want to tighten and slim down my jawline and jowl area. Can AGNES RF be used on this area? I don't want something that has to be used around the nerve, rather on top of it

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

As we age, we lose support and structure in our face from our fat pads along with bone resorption, creating these dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging.  For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline.

You can use Threads in this area, or Botox along the jawline to shrink the muscle, specifically the masseter muscle which supplies the biting and chewing motion in the jaw. When you inject botox into this muscle, it shrinks it down over 2-4 weeks giving a much more angulated contoured jawline. This is very common practice outside the United States, particularly in our Asian-population, but we are seeing a big trend in our patients wanting facial sculpting where we are using Botox along the jawline to shrink down the jawline giving a more slimmed look and tighten the skin.

Yes Agnes can be used on jowls and jaw line. Technically speaking any RF technology can damage the nerve even if the machine goes through the skin which most do. 
As long as you get it done by a trained experienced doctor you should be fine.
