I have palmar hyperhydrosis and all the available options don't seem viable money or time wise. But i do remember my hands being more dry during my taking of Isotretinoin. Is it a viable option to take a very small dose of it (around 10mg every second day) to help decrease my sweating? Thanks.

Yes this is concerning. If you were my patient I would do a full work up for headaches/vision changes (ex, are you also taking antibiotics, do you suffer from migraines, are you obese), and stop the medication for several days and see if you get better.
We generally wait until the patient is a bit older and also closer to his expected height (formula based on biological parents' height). 12 is on the young side. Also the medication is weight based and if he still hasn't "grown up," then he risks being "underdosed-" meaning less medicine now...
