I've 2 crowns in my top front teeth for 50 years. Now want dental implants and I have some missing teeth

I also have partial dentures on top and bottom for 7 years already and I do not want them any longer. Also want to know about bonding teeth

Partials are a removable replacement for missing teeth, and implants are a permanent solution. One issue with teeth missing for so long is the amount of bone available. Implants are a great option and can look and feel just like natural teeth that you do not have to remove. If the bone is too fare gone or it requires long grafting surgerious to build the bone for implants, bridges count be a great solution in most cases.

My recommendation would be to first do a CT scan to look at your bone density. Once a tooth is not in place, bone loss starts to occur. Bone grafts might be necessary to replace that bone, before putting in an implant.
