Hello. So, I had severe periodontitis disease and had to get a full set of dentures. It's all getting healed and everything but I was wondering and reminiscing about what the doctor had told me before. He told me to throw away my toothbrush and all that I used for oral hygiene after getting my implants and everything, I imagined it was because of the periodontal disease I had before. Now I'm wondering, should I also throw away the lipsticks and everything I wore before?

We are sorry for what happened, to correct your bite the first step is to replace posterior teeth to increase the vertical dimension and correct the position of the mandible and maxilla. Once the occlusal problem is solved, we could analyze to do the anterior crown or if necessary, make an implant.
In cases like yours we would utilize digital planning to see if the implants would interfere with the chin implant. A chin implant is typically not an issue.
If bone grafting was needed in proximity to the chin implant would be the exception.
