Does a ruptured silicone implant cause acne and symptoms similar to fibromyalgia?

This is difficult to answer without a MRI.  Silent ruptures do occur.  You should be examined by your plastic surgeon to determine if a test should be done.  Silicone is not associated with acne and fibromyalgia symptoms are common in the general population and not a cause from silicone.  You should see your internist and dermatologist.

Hello,Silicone gel implants, whether ruptured or intact, do not cause fibromyalgia or acne.  Ruptured silicone gel implants are almost always self contained within the capsule, however free silicone oils that are injected into your tissue are not poisonous anyway.Best of luck!

You need an exam by a plastic surgeon to evaluate your breasts.After that a mammogram, ultrasound or MRI can help show if there is a rupture.Fibromyalgia is common as are breast implants.Many without breast implants develop fibromyalgia.An exam will help.Your internist may be able to help also.
