Can picking pimples on breast damage implants?

Hi, this is a little too much info but I have broken out on my chest in pimples and blackheads since my breast aug in the last 6 months. I have picked a couple because they are driving me crazy! Will picking them rupture the implant with the squeezing? It's made me anxious thinking I have done damage. I have silicone under the muscle :) thanks for your help

Given your description, I think either one is too large.  If you already have some sagging, large implants will make that worse over time.  I don't think mod plus or high profile makes much difference, but I wouldn't go that large.

Hello! Thank you for your question. In general, implant size does not correlate with bra cup size. The cup size itself will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as who is doing the actual measurements. Thus, cup size is never a reliable indicator for your breast size. I typically...

Can nerves "wake up" almost 3 years after breast augmentation? I've been numb since surgery, now have sensation & slight pain.

Thank you for your question.  Nerves are very sensitive (no pun intended) structures and they can stop sending signals if they experience any trauma.  It can take them months to years to "wake up" and start working again.  So yes, it is possible that your nerves are just starting to come back on...

With the size of the implants, the swelling that normally happens after this surgery, and the fact that you have tight tissue, your triangular look is totally normal and to be expected in the early post period. Your breast will change as the swelling resolves and your tissue stretches. Continue...

Hello,It matters little whether you choose a 275 or 300 cc implant. You will have virtually the same results, which should be very good, with a relatively natural appearance.Best of luck!
