Best treatment for stubborn syringomas? (Photo)

Question

I’ve had 2 sessions of CO2re laser and 2 sessions of hyfrecation on syringomas underneath the eyes and feel that they are only minimally improved. Usually for larger or dealer lesions, what is the maximum number of treatments needed to fully flatten them??

These need aggressive treatment to the individual spots either with co2 or erbuim spot resurfacing or desiccation with needle. See an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Syringomas are very difficult to treat.They require many aggressive treatments.  It is difficult to say exactly how many treatments are needed.  Sometimes only minimal improvement can be achieved.In our office we use CO2 or erbium lasers and needle desiccation to treat these lesions.

See a dermatologist or plastics - fully ablative erbium or even CO2, then prevention using a tiny amount of Botox 4 weeks post laser (2 units). The reason being is that syringomas are derived from eccrine or sweat ducts. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
