What shade veneers should I pick? (photos)

I'm 35 female and getting 20 porcelain veneers, upper and lower. I don't know whether to get OM1, OM2 or OM3? I'm quite pale skinned (English/Irish origin) with blue eyes and light brown/dark blonde hair...

You are already in the bleach shade choices, so any one you choose will be nice. Your skin is pale so bright teeth will look great. When you get a tan, your teeth will look even brighter! 90% of my patients wants toilet white, but very few chose 0M1. The middle choice always seems to be a winner.

The problem with veneers is that they are fine laminate’s and usually you will have a translucent effect on the color due to the shade you have on your own teeth if I were you I will go for Zyrconia  crowns, and with the color of your skin I would go for the lighter one, or even go for a sparkling white, you will love the results and you will look thank you was younger and like a Hollywood star. This will not be possible with veneers,Choose the right specialist that has many before and after’s on his website and also plenty of testimonials of patients that have changed the life with their new teeth

Unfortunately, the only one that can decide "how white" is you.  While many dentists will encourage a more "natural" color, we never enjoy having the patient "deflated" at the end of the treatment, wishing they went whiter.  I suggest looking at photos of cases with the color options and deciding after that.  I had a famous dress designer that chose the WHITEST possible, went on QVC or fashion shows (on the cat walk) and it looks great.  Had she listened to ME, I am sure she would have been disappointed....
