Exit points of PDO threads on my cheekbones after a facelift create these “bumbs” when I smile. (Photo)

Three days ago I had a thread lift done on my face with PDO threads. My face looks great, the nasolabial folds are gone but at the point of the exit, the threads when I smile create a “bumb”. As a little wire which is trying to protrude through the skin. What can be done? (I had this done before with great results but this never happend to me before)
