2 days I go I went in for fractional CO2 for my entire face to get rid of acne scars. My doctor recommends keeping the skin dry, with the exception of applying Aquafor to only scabbing areas and Neosporin to areas where the treatment was more aggressive. I haven't found this method addressed anywhere else on the internet. Could someone tell me why the dry method might be preferred? Thank you in advance!
