Hi, thanks for the question... Will be ideal to put the implant and bone graft at the same time because the implant give you stability to the bone graft, helps to earn time and at end of the time the osteointegration will be better. Regards
Absolutely, implant placement and bone grafting are usually done at thesame time with rare exceptions. If theimplant can be stabilized, that is show no movement at initial placement, thengrafting is not only possible, but preferred. Talk to your dentist about your individual situation, but more timesthan not, grafting and implants will be done simultaneously.
yes, that is possible. but sometimes implant placement is not possible at the time of extraction of tooth. in such cases first step is bone grafting and after some time implant placement is advisable.
Not only isit possible (with a few exceptions), but also recommended. As we like topractice a more conventional approach to implant placement, and reduce theamount of surgeries. If we are able to place the bone graft and implants thisreduces Osseo integration periods, and helps give better initial stability tothe implant itself. Ifextractions are needed, if you have severe bone loss, or if you have infectionin this area then the possibility of placing the implants along with bonegrafting may be questionable and a full x-ray and physical evaluation will beneeded.
Thanks for posting photos. in your case ideal treatment is braces treatment. as i can see u have rotated lateral incisor. so if u choose to go with crown, good amount of tooth reduction is required. and due to rotation there is not enough space to accommodate new crown in that space.

There are 4 types of bone , depends on the area where you lost that implant , and also the type of bone quality you have , if you are young and healthy , 3 months , if not at least 6 .the cause of failing implant is important, overload? Wrong higyene?.this tells much about it.
Unfortunately without seeing your X rays and knowing the extent of infection it is hard to give you an opinion. Both options are fairly predictable and could work well.I would recommend taking a second opinion and then deciding on future treatment plans.Best of Luck!
With today's advanced materials and excellent techniques it is definitely possible to save a molar that has a fracture below the gum. You will require gum surgery and a minimally invasive porcelain onlay to rebuild the tooth, depending on the depth of the fracture and the status of the nerve ...
